Welcome to InspireMe Now! These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you," or "your") and Ober Tesseract ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), regarding your access to and use of the InspireMe Now mobile application (the "App").
BY ACCESSING OR USING THE APP, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE, DO NOT USE THE APP.
1 Description of Services
InspireMe Now is a digital wellness and spirituality application designed to provide biblical reflections, journaling, and emotional tracking.
Important Medical Disclaimer
The App is a tool for spiritual guidance and self-reflection. It is not a medical device nor a substitute for professional mental health care. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, severe anxiety, or depression, please consult a qualified healthcare professional or contact emergency services immediately.
2 User Accounts
- Eligibility: You must be at least 13 years old to use this App. If you are between 13 and 18, you confirm that you have your parent or guardian's permission.
- Credentials: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials (including Google Sign-In). You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
- Accuracy: You agree to provide accurate information (e.g., email) and keep it updated.
3 Subscriptions and Payments
InspireMe Now offers a free version (ad-supported) and a Premium version (subscription-based).
- Billing: All subscriptions are processed and managed directly through the app store platform you use (Google Play Store for Android or Apple App Store for iOS).
- Free Trial: We may offer a 7-day free trial. If you do not cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends, you will automatically be charged the subscription fee.
- Auto-Renewal: Your subscription will automatically renew unless you turn off auto-renewal in your Account Settings at least 24 hours before the current period ends.
- Cancellations: To cancel, you must go to your Google Play or Apple ID settings. Uninstalling the app does not cancel your subscription.
- Refunds: Refund requests are handled by Google or Apple according to their respective refund policies. We do not have the ability to process refunds directly.
4 User Content and Conduct
You retain ownership of the personal notes and journal entries you create in the App ("User Content"). By creating content, you grant us a limited license to store it strictly to provide the service.
Prohibited Conduct: You agree not to:
- Use the App for any illegal purpose.
- Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or hack the App.
- Harass other users or transmit harmful code (viruses/malware).
5 Intellectual Property
Except for User Content, all materials in the App, including text, graphics, logos, audio narrations, and code, are the property of Ober Tesseract or its licensors and are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.
6 Third-Party Services and Ads
The free version of the App is supported by advertisements provided by Google AdMob. These ads may be personalized based on your data (see our Privacy Policy). The App may contain links to third-party websites; we are not responsible for their content.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Brazil. For European users, nothing in these Terms deprives you of the protection specific to consumers in your country of residence (GDPR). Any disputes shall be resolved primarily through amicable negotiation.
