All content generated by the App, including text, reflections, graphics, and the AI models used, is the property of Ober Tesseract and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

4. User Conduct

You agree not to use the App to transmit any content that is harmful, illegal, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable.

5. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
