By accessing or using Wake360, you signify your agreement to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the application.
2. License to Use
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes on your mobile device.
3. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:
- Attempt to reverse engineer or modify the application.
- Use the application for any illegal purpose.
- Interfere with the security-related features of the app.
4. Subscriptions and Premium Features
Certain features are only available through a paid subscription (Premium). Charges are processed through the respective app store (Google Play Store or Apple App Store). Refund policies are governed by the respective store's terms.
5. Disclaimer of Warranty
THE APPLICATION IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE". WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE ALARMS WILL ALWAYS TRIGGER ON TIME OR THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED. USE OF THE APPLICATION IS AT YOUR OWN RISK.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, OberSystems shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the application, including but not limited to missed appointments due to alarm failure.
7. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which OberSystems operates.
